Join us on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 11 AM to 4 PM in downtown Newport, VT, along the scenic shores of Lake Memphremagog. Amid the stunning fall foliage, marvel at over 100 classic, custom, and hot rod vehicles on display – from gleaming chrome beauties to lovingly restored muscle cars. Meet passionate owners, vote for your favorites in categories like Best in Show and People’s Choice, and even catch a classic car cruise kicking off the day!
On the chili side, sample mouthwatering entries from local chefs, home cooks, and NEK businesses in our competitive cook-off. Expect a range of heats – from mild and hearty to bold and blazing – with tastings, judging, and awards for top recipes. Pair your bowls with craft beers from Kingdom Brewing, fresh sides from the Northeast Kingdom Tasting Center, and treats from food trucks and vendors lining the streets.
The fun doesn’t stop there! Enjoy live music from local bands, kids’ activities like face painting and games, a vendor marketplace showcasing NEK artisans, and special demos from area first responders. Admission is free, with chili tasting tickets just $10 (proceeds benefit chamber initiatives for local business growth and community events).
